Over on X, we are encouraged to create completely original content. I had an idea, turned it into a video, and guess what? No one saw it.
I am sharing it here too, hoping someone watches it and maybe thinks it’s funny. Maybe you’ll get a chuckle out of it.
This girl was sent home from her prom because of her dress. Too revealing? Or is it appropriate for a teenager?
You be the judge.
There are so many times when I think to myself, “You are such a weirdo.”
For example, I can’t get into bed at night without a shower to wash off the day, I constantly vacuum because I can’t stand dog hair on the floor, I don’t wear outside shoes inside my house, and I will listen to the same song forty times in a row.
And then I see pictures like the one above.
And this one.
And then I realize, I’m kind of sane and normal. I’m not weird at all. What has happened to society? Where did we go wrong? Who is to blame for this?
This artist created a sculpture to pay homage to 9/11. I don’t see the correlation so Im going to have to sit with this for while.
Inspired by whatever it is she did, I created my own piece of artwork.

This is how I feel most of the time, but I am trying to find beauty in everyday life and think positively. Let’s all agree to just do the best we can.
Life is tough.
Find something to laugh about, find beautiful artwork, admire poetry and read a good book. That’s my advice for the day.
